Did you know most people don’t complete online courses? I didn’t until a good few years into my course creation journey (completion rates are often just 10-20%).

And I really *should* have known - because I’ve invested in many online courses I haven’t completed (and some I haven’t even opened). But I didn’t connect my own learner behaviour with my own clients.
